One of our first acquisitions was a greenfield site in the small hamlet of Walsden with a complicated history with the local planning authority.

Originally having a S106 agreement over the whole site for affordable housing we managed to get the planning designation altered to a viable planning option and the site was sold in it’s entirety to a major property development Group.
